Shipping Policy

We dispatch items twice weekly. All of our packages are sent via Royal Mail or EVRI. We try to price our items so that we can offer FREE DELIVERY wherever possible, although this isn't always possible with large or heavy items.

Returns Policy

We accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with UK legislation. For online purchases this gives you the right to return an item for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and to receive a replacement if the item is found to be damaged within 6 months of receiving it. In case of the latter and we don't have stock, we'll offer you a refund.
